One Parent's Perspective

The Globe and Mail has a series of articles and videos on their website by Ian Brown.  It is interesting to hear Mr Brown's perspective as a parent of a child with a disability on the value of life and having your child supported in a group home is very interesting.  I don't agree with everything by any means but it is definitely worth a read.
